Please allow me to introduce myself: Guntwert Thomas. I am a
digger, my first job out of the Academy Scholastia of Central Continent Seven.
I live on the upper deck above the trolls (trolly car tube dwellers). I got
this special accommodation after my graduation test scores were shuffled,
processed and collated along with the cards of every other human being on earth.
I must have been a hair’s breadth away from a different stack, one with
entirely different accommodations and job description. Judging by the company I
keep on this deck, at any rate.
